Amari doesn't have to look like Amari. You can replace the logo, set your own brand colors, and upload a custom favicon so the browser tab shows your shop's icon. These changes apply everywhere — the POS, the customer-facing QR menu, the shift report emails, and the QR code poster.
What you can customize
- Primary Color — the main accent color used for buttons, active tabs, and highlights throughout the app
- Primary Light — a lighter shade for hover states and subtle backgrounds
- Primary Dark — the dark shade used for text and the sidebar
- Page Background — the cream/beige behind all content (changes the entire app's feel)
- Sidebar Color — the left sidebar's background color
- Logo — your full logo, shown in the sidebar and on QR ordering pages
- Logomark — a small square icon version, used in tight spaces
- Receipt Logo — the image printed at the top of receipts (optimized for thermal printer black-and-white)
- Favicon — the tiny icon in the browser tab
How to update branding
Go to Settings → Branding
From the sidebar, tap Settings, then Branding.
Upload your images
Click each image upload area and choose a file. Recommended formats:
- Logo — PNG or SVG, transparent background, at least 400px wide
- Receipt Logo — PNG, black on transparent, at least 300px wide (thermal printers print in monochrome)
- Favicon — PNG, square, 32×32 or 64×64
For the receipt logo, convert your full-color logo to pure black on transparent. Thermal printers only print black — a colored logo will look muddy.
Set your colors
Each color field has a color picker. Click the swatch to open it, or type the hex code directly (e.g. #9B6F50).
Changes preview live — the sidebar, buttons, and backgrounds update immediately so you can see the result before saving.
Save
Tap Save Changes at the bottom. The new branding applies across the entire app for all users on this organization — owner and staff alike. QR ordering pages also update, so customers see your brand when they scan.
Where branding shows up
- Main sidebar — logo + sidebar color
- POS page — accent color on buttons, cart, category pills
- QR ordering menu — logo, brand colors, product cards all styled
- QR code poster — the downloadable PNG includes your logo + brand colors
- Receipts — receipt logo printed at the top of every thermal receipt
- Shift report email — brand colors in the email template
- Browser tab — favicon
Reverting to defaults
There's no "reset" button, but you can manually type the default Amari colors back:
