When you sign up for Amari POS, you get a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card, no payment info, no limitations. Just sign up, set up your branch, and start selling. This article explains the timeline and what happens at each stage.
The trial timeline
- Day 1 — You sign up and start the trial from the Billing page. All features unlock immediately.
- Day 5 — We send you an email reminder: "Your trial ends in 2 days." Time to consider subscribing.
- Day 7 — Final email: "Your trial ends today." This is your last day of free access.
- Day 8 — Trial ends. Your account enters PAST_DUE status with a short grace period. You can still view sales history but can't process new sales.
- After grace period — Account is SUSPENDED until you pay.
Your data is never deleted
Even if your trial ends and you don't pay immediately, your products, sales history, inventory counts, and settings are all preserved. Everything is waiting for you when you subscribe.
What you get during the trial
Everything. No feature gates, no limits:
- Unlimited products, ingredients, and sales
- Full POS with receipt printing
- QR ordering
- Inventory tracking and warehouse replenishment
- Reports and accounting
- Staff management and PINs
- Email shift reports
- Branding customization
The trial is designed for you to run a full week of real operations — not a crippled demo. Use it as if you're already subscribed.
How to start the trial
After signing up, go to Settings → Billing. You'll see a banner that says "Start Your 7-Day Free Trial" with a big button. Tap it. That's it — trial starts immediately.
What happens when it ends
If you don't pay by Day 8:
- POS is blocked — staff can't process new sales. They'll see a "Suspended" banner.
- Sales history is readable — you can still view past sales, reports, and export data.
- Billing page is accessible — so you can submit a payment whenever you're ready.
The moment your payment is verified, everything unlocks again instantly. No data is lost.
Don't wait until Day 7
If you're happy with Amari by Day 3, go ahead and pay early. Your paid period starts from the payment date, so you don't lose the remaining trial days — they just overlap with your first paid month.
